Kentucky refers to these as Occupational License Fees\/Taxes, and these apply to all employees, including household employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each city has its own requirements and method to pay. For example, Louisville Metro has combined taxes totaling 2.2% for employees who work and live there or a 1.45% tax rate for non-resident employees.
